Order Status/Invoices

Order Status/Invoices


To view the status of an order or search for invoices, you can use the Order Status/Invoices tab. 


1. Go to the Order Status/Invoices tab at the top of the page. 


2. Click on the tab arrow and search for the customer. Select the customer from the drop down. 


3. From there, you can view all of the orders under the order history or the invoices under by clicking on the icons on the left.




4. You can click into the order by clicking on the orange order icon. From the order, you can view the order status per line and also access the invoice if the order has shipped. 




5. In the invoice you can email a copy of the invoice out or access the tracking number.
