Approving an Existing User to your Brand

To add an existing user, follow the steps below. 


1. Go to the site URL. i.e. brand.repspark.net

2. Type in the username and password you use with other brands. Select Sign In.

3. Below will pop up.



4. Click Send Access Request.


5. The administrator will get a notification just like if the user is singing up for the first time. 
The administrator can then add roles, profiles and approve this new account.
