My Orders- UI Changes

There have been changes made to the My Orders UI to make it more modern and to support the display of credit card orders.


1.  All actions such as email, delete, copy, etc. have been tucked into an actions button at the top of the page.



2. All latest event information is tucked into a hover.


3.  There is a new column labeled Payment Type.  This will either be Terms or Credit Card.  If user pays with terms, it will say Terms.  If user pays with Credit Card, the hover will include applicable credit card info such as card type, transaction ID, etc.(depends on Gateway)



4.  The name column has been removed.  However, a user can still search by this.
