Configure Site - Customer Service Que

When you are in the Admin Panel, select Configure Site on the left hand side and navigate down to Customer Service. This section will allow you control of orders that are submitted that you would like to be placed in a Customer Service Que in My Orders. This is great for orders that need verification when using Discount, or if there are special Notes added.


We have added the ability to monitor high amount orders where you can create a threshold of an amount that will place an order in the Customer Service Que. Please see the screenshots below.
