Calculating Active Users

Please check out this quick video showing you how you can calculate your active billable users for your site.

As an Admin, you will want to go to Manage Users NEW. You will first select that the Status is ACTIVE, then you will go to Roles and select SalesPerson, Manager, Admin, and Customer Service. These are all the roles that you will be invoiced for. Once you select all of them, you will be able to export this list to EXCEL.
