Shopify Customer: Reopening of valid orders

Once an order in RepSpark has been synced to Shopify, you now have the option to Open valid orders in My Orders.

To access, you must manage the settings in Admin Panel -> Configure Site -> Permissions section.

If a role is enabled for valid orders to be re-opened, Open option is displayed for Valid orders on My Orders page when selecting the RSK# drop down.

If in Shopify, the order status is Draft, and the user re-opens current valid order in RepSpark, edits it and submits it to make the order valid again, the new order details are updated in Shopify for the same Draft order.

If in Shopify, the order status is Completed, i.e. payment is collected and order is created, then the user re-opens this valid order in RepSpark, edits it and submits it to make it valid, a new entry will be created in the Shopify and order's status of this new order is Draft. The order that was Completed in Shopify is not altered and stays as it was.
